Pauli made some additions to Bhabha's paper for the Bohr Festschrift. He says it is impossible to quantize the Bhabha equation according to Fermi-Dirac statistics without using an indefinite metric in Hilbert-space. Pauli says he will know his future plans better in six months, including the possibility of a visit to the Tata-Institute (India).

Lichnerowicz reply to Pauli's letter of 21 Sept. He explains in detail his hypothesis which Pauli finds "very unnatural".
Sans titrePauli writes that it was an exciting surprise that the Nobel prize was awarded to him this year. The decision whether or not he should go to Stockholm on December 10th was really not easy. Considering all circumstances of the present situation, particularly the possibility of such a trip delaying his naturalization. After having heard that Stern and Rabi postponed their participation to the ceremony until next year, Pauli decided to do the same. His naturalization will presumably be completed in January and it is his plan to start his trip to Europe with his wife shortly after. He has to go to Zürich and would also want to visit Dublin and England.
Sans titrePauli thanks him for his congratulations concerning the Nobel ceremony and he reports on the physics meeting in New York at the end of January. Pauli is going on a trip with his wife in four weeks to Europe.
Sans titrePauli expresses interest in Ma's redundant zeros of the S-matrix in the case of a potential $Ae^{\mu r}$.
Sans titreGustafson reports on work arising from his "addition in proof". He asks if C E Fröberg could visit Zürich.
Sans titrePauli discusses "Part IV" of Heisenberg's S-matrix theory published in: Zeitschrift für Naturforschung: 1, 608.
Sans titreSnyder replies to Pauli's letter of the 22 June 1946 and explains the gist of his theory on quantizated space-time.
Sans titrePauli talks about the Riesz-Gustafson method. He makes some comments on Ma's letter of 26 June.
Sans titreGustafson invites Pauli to visit Lund.
