Heisenberg writes of the re-writing of the manuscript of the pre print: on the eigenvalue problem and on the table of the quantum numbers.

Pauli writes on the treatment of the eigenvalue problem. The only existing method is the Tamm-Dancoff approximation but Pauli does not believe in it. He will possibly work on the problem with Gürsey. He speaks of a principal difficulty of model which is analogous to that in the "neutrino-theory of light". In the spinor model Pi-mesons and photons are composed of real states and only formally existing mirror states which must be forbidden. There is a discussion of the difficulties resulting from this.

Heisenberg writes of the results of his calculations about eigenvalues for fermions and baryons. He replies to Pauli's letter of 10 February.

Pauli replies to Heisenberg's letter of 10 February to tell him that in Berkeley he has the opportunity to discuss their work with many people. He has more questions about the mirror-world (mirror nucleons and mirror difficulties of the spinor model and some problems of mathematical formalism.

Pauli gives more suggestions for the preparation of the publication. The connection of vacuum degeneration and strange particles must be emphasized. He has other suggestions for a clearer representation of their results.
