Snyder replies to Pauli's letter of the 22 June 1946 and explains the gist of his theory on quantizated space-time.

Snyder talks about his failure so far to obtain significant results as regards his theory in the light of Pauli's critical comments.

The letter encloses a manuscript of a paper on "quantized space-time", to be published in the Physical Review.
